1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control):

Conduct quality inspection on all raw materials, components and parts supplied by vendors before they enter the warehouse and production line, ensuring only qualified materials are used for medical and industrial keyboard mouse production.

2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):

Carry out real-time patrol inspection and fixed-point inspection in the whole production process of keyboards & mouses, monitor the stability of production process, and prevent mass quality defects.

3. FQC (Final Quality Control):

Conduct comprehensive quality inspection on finished medical and industrial keyboards before packaging, ensuring the finished products fully meet customer requirements and medical / industry standards.

4. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control):

100% testing on different PCs with the most updated system. Conduct final inspection on finished medical / industrial keyboard mouse before delivery to customers, ensure that the delivered products are 100% qualified, and prevent unqualified products from leaving the factory.
